Our Responsibilities

hroughout the duration of this project, a number of internal and external works were undertaken. The refurbishment of the existing school hall included installing new flooring, seating, and acoustic panelling.

During the works, we faced challenges with the specialist engineered timber floor supplier (which was providing materials from Germany) but SMD promptly proposed solutions and coordinated the design requirements whilst maintaining aesthetics.

Externally, we carried out drainage remedial works, lighting upgrades and installation of electric vehicle charging points. This was followed by soft landscaping, which brought the project to its final stages of completion.
