The project and client team worked in collaboration to achieve the key project deliverables - all while minimising user disruption and completing within a tight programme and project budget.

Our Responsibilities

Our project brief was to create a completely refurbished gym facility of the highest quality. To achieve this, SMD was required to completely strip out the existing first floor gym; including all fixtures, fittings, equipment and electrical services.

Upon completion of strip out, an electrical floor trunking system was installed to accommodate new power, data and AV services. An innovative sports floor system was installed to accommodate hi-durability floor coverings, which then enabled the new gym equipment installation to progress.
