Project Overview
This particular project involved designing and delivering all aspects for the conversion of four existing Dry Rooms into variable humidity controlled ISO 7 classified cleanrooms. Through the integration of cloud point surveys and 3D modelling, the project achieved a high level of coordination accuracy.
Upon completion and validation, the cleanrooms met the most stringent standards for cleanliness and environmental control, generally as detailed below:
- Setpoint of 21°C was maintained with a tolerance of +/- 2°C.
- The humidity set point (Variable based on process) was maintained within a tolerance of +/- 5%.
Challenge
The project’s successful completion within the 12-week timeline required efficient project management, close collaboration among various teams, and proactive issue resolution. Working in conjunction with the client end users facilitated a clear sequence of works, completion, and handover for early occupation.
